This Voltage Pen Tester detects voltage in a non-contact way so there’s no possibility of being shocked by electrified outlets, electric wires, sockets, circuit breakers, switches, lighting fixtures, etc. When the Detector senses voltage a bright LED will illuminate, a loud audible beep is sounded, and the voltage intensity is shown on the high-definition LCD screen. Detector features adjustable sensitivity, a built-in flashlight, and a clip for shirt pockets. Detects 12v-1,000v and is safety compliance rated CAT.III 1000V, CAT.IV 600V.
