How do I find the product I need?

Our online store is organized by categories and groups. You can browse through these categories and groups to find what you need. You can also search for any product by name, keyword or product number.

How do I place an order?

When you find the product you need, select any options for that product and click 'add to cart'. Continue shopping until you have all the products you need and click the checkout button.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Eurocard, and PayPal. Checks and money orders are accepted for mail in orders.

We no longer accept Klarna Pay Later at Sporty's. PayPal Pay Later is coming soon.

Free Shipping

Free shipping offers only available on certain products and valid for 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and International orders. We ship by UPS, U.S. Mail and FedEx. See below for international shipping charges and delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

We gladly ship orders outside the United States. There are two options for International Shipping.

International Express Shipping
We use Fedex and UPS International service for express shipping options. Depending on the level of service you choose, your package will arrive in an average of 2-8 business days, and tracking is available from the time it leaves Sporty’s until it is delivered to your door. You will be charged for express shipping. Any customs duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of the package. You will be contacted with a quote for International Express Shipping options.

International Airmail
This option is less expensive, but is slower and does not offer tracking. You will be charged for international airmail shipping plus an additional $14 for international packaging, documentation and guaranteed delivery. Any customs duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of the package. Your package will arrive in an average of 30 business days. You will be contacted with a quote for International Airmail Shipping options.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We’re proud to offer the fastest service of anyone in the business. If you order today before 4:00 P.M. Eastern (weekdays), it will be on its way this afternoon. Mail orders ship the same day we receive them.

Note: Engraved and Embroidered items will ship in two days in most instances.

Delivery time for international orders is approximately 14 business days depending on customs and destination.

What is your return policy?

If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product, along with this form, in the same condition in which it was received, within 30 days. Personalized products such as embroidered shirts or engraved glasses are not returnable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

For over 60 years, in addition to same day shipping, Sporty’s has offered same day returns and same day exchanges. Each day, we process all returns and exchanges before new orders go out. We know of no other company who does this!

Our Guarantee

Our guarantee has not changed since we introduced our first product in 1962. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know – we will make it right. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product on a timely basis (within 30 days), in the same condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we will continue to support the product for a full year, but refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Personalized products such as embroidered shirts or engraved glasses are not returnable.

How do I get my user name and password?

You'll have the choice to create an account after placing an order. Although you don't need an account to complete an order, it will speed up the checkout process during future visits.

The username for your account will be the email address you used to check out. If you forget your password, you can reset it here.

Sporty’s is always looking for quality products. If you have a product you feel would be a fit for one of our catalogs, please send it. Once we receive the product, it will be reviewed and tested. Sporty’s tests thousands of products a year, but only 5% pass our rigorous standards. This ensures our products won't just meet our customers' needs, they'll exceed them. How do I redeem a gift card?

When you arrive at payment method in the checkout process choose "Gift Cards", enter the gift card number in the box provided and click "Activate".

Questions about sales tax/tax exemption

Due to changes in federal regulations, Sporty’s is now required to collect and remit sales tax on transactions occurring in your state. As a Sporty’s dealer, if you provide us with your resale/tax exemption certificate, sales tax will not be collected on your orders. Once your certificate is received, we will update your account so that any orders placed with us are exempt from sales tax.

If you are eligible and have a tax exemption certificate, please email it to taxexempt@sportys.com

Excluded Items

Not all items are eligible to receive a discount. A partial list of items that are not discounted include:
Headsets from Lightspeed, Bose, David Clark, Clarity Aloft, AKG, Telex, ASA.
GPSs from Garmin.
ADS-B receivers from Appareo, Garmin and Dual.

Due to a Ray Ban policy, Ray Ban sunglasses may not be purchased by Sporty's dealers.

To determine if an item receives a discount, first log in to your dealer account. If a product does not have a price underneath the retail price on the page labeled "as low as" or "buy 2 for...", then that item is not eligible for a discount.

Gift Wrapping

Make that special gift even more special with Sporty’s Gift Wrapping Service. Selected Catalog items can be gift wrapped for only $12.95 each, professionally wrapped in navy blue paper with brilliant white ribbon and a personalized card. Please add one day to our standard delivery. Not all items are eligible for gift wrapping. You will see the gift wrapping option as you place items in your shopping cart.

Buy Now and Ship Later

Here at Sporty’s we do everything we can to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. When you place an order, tell us when you need the item to arrive during the checkout process. We will ship it to arrive on the desired date. But that’s not all; if you’re buying a gift you can take advantage of Sporty’s custom gift wrapping and let us do all of the work for you. You will see the gift wrapping option as you place items in your shopping cart. Buy Now and Ship Later is a free service, customer pays regular shipping cost.

Limitations on Free Shipping

Free ground shipping applies to orders placed that are shipped to the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping, motor freight shipments, and orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 states do not ship free. Select products may be excluded.
