Pros: while installing this on my other regular toilets I was surprised to learn that it also saves on the newer 1.6 gal flush models. It would be foolish for you not to buy and install.

Pros: The only thing I would say is that it only takes 10 minutes if you know exactly what you are doing. The first toilet install took a bit more but the rest were a piece of cake. Not only that the product does what it says.
