This easy to install Garage Door Insulation Kit contains everything you need to insulate a garage door up to size 8' x 8', blocking up to 95% of radiant heat. Insulating your garage door will help reduce your utility costs and provide year-round comfort when you’re working in the garage. Kit includes eight pre-cut panels (24" x 48") of sealed air that is laminated between a layer of polyethylene and reflective material, plus heat activated adhesive fasteners (bond gets stronger as door gets hotter). Love them
I wasn't perfect on putting them up but they look nice and yes they do keep my garage not as hot it was like a oven in there at very high heat. So now is cooler

door Insulation Kit
I have it on the doors now and waiting to see how much it helps. Here In it well not take lot to know. I am glad I did this and the cost was not that bad.

Easy to apply
I installed a set on each of my 2 garage doors. 1st I spent quite a bit of time wiping the panels down to assure sticking. Dirty job, but worth it. I did have to cut the panels to a more custom size to fit into the edges of the metal sections. Not a big deal. I think they will work great. We have already noticed a difference this summer.

can it be trimmed?
I would imagine it can be trimmed. I just folded it over to fit the space and give it an extra layer around the edges.
will this stick on a metal garage door?
Yes it does, ours has been up a year and NP. It has been great much cooler in garage. Ours faces west we get the setting sun .
I have a 16' door. can I just double the order? will that work?
Yes, ordering two would cover a 16' door. Each kit includes eight pre-cut panels that measure 24"x48".
