Does it come with a US Charger???
It comes with a charging cord that plugs into a standard 110V outlet.
Does it have a U. S. Charing cord?
It has a 6 inch charging cord that goes directly into your electrical outlet
What is the attack distance that makes this stun gun effective?
To my understanding, you have to touch a person with it in order for them to be shocked. I'm looking for something that has a greater distance so I wouldn't have to be that close (but it would be handy if the person is already invading your space and you're close enough to zap it and get away). So far I've found a couple of walking sticks (marketed for use against aggressive dogs when out walking), and one cane. One is rechargeable, the other uses a specialized battery that would have to be replaced.

No it will not.
