How to Use

Cold Use:

• Place wrap in a plastic bag and freeze for 3 hours before use 

Warm Use:

• Allow wrap to thaw before heating 
• Do NOT microwave while frozen 
• Remove from packaging 
• Microwave on low in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached

How to Wear

• Check temperature to ensure comfort before use 
• Gently pull wrap over your head 
• Wear for at least 15 minutes or until it returns to room temperature

• Wipe clean with a moist towel and air dry 
• Do not submerge in water 
• Do not machine wash or use soap 
• Do not place in dryer
