No need for wiring. Two NiCad batteries are automatically charged during daylight to provide 12 lumens of light (4500-5500 kelvin) up to 12 hours per night. Prestige Post Caps are copper finish. Fit an actual 4" x 4" or 3.5" x 3.5" post. They measure about 7"w x 7"l x 5"h, and include 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" adapter and mounting screws for 4" x 4" post.
