Telescoping Flagpoles are easy to raise and feature a dual-locking system, preventing pole collapse which can occur with other telescoping poles. To raise or lower the Flagpole, just twist the pole sections in opposite directions and place it at the height you desire. The 17’ Flagpole adjusts from 7’2” to 17’ and has 3 sections, with outside diameters of 1.75”, 2” and 2.25”. The unique 360° No Wrap Swivel System™ keeps the included flag from getting tangled, and includes 4 flag clips so you can fly two flags at the same time without rope. Each pole is topped by an aluminum ball with gold anodized finish. Flagpoles come with anodized (320 grit polish) aluminum finish, removing all scratches and imperfections from the surface of our flagpole. Aluminum in-ground sleeve lets you remove the Flagpole easily for mowing. Made in the USA.
To raise or lower the 17’ Flagpole, simply twist the pole sections in opposite directions to unlock and lock your pole.
To raise and engage the dual-locking system on each section of the pole, hold the lower pole still while extending the pole section fully until it stops. Then turn the pole clockwise until the button extends into the round hole on the lower pole. Once the button snaps into position, turn the upper pole back counter clockwise to lock the section. Repeat for each additional section.
To lower the pole, starting with the largest diameter pole twist upper pole section clockwise to unlock. Once unlocked, carefully disengage the button by turning in and twisting pole section right to clear from hole. Lower pole section completely until it stops and repeat for each additional section.
