Custom fit and easy to use, simply insert the 4 inner tubes and cut to the length needed for the desired door or window, slide the cut tubes into the water repellent micro-fleece sleeves, and slide under your door or place in the window sill. Works well, so far.
It works well, so far. We have not had it in place for long, so I cannot testify as to its durability. It was easy to assemble and cut to fit.

A little " chins" when it comes to connecting the tubes- not solid- difficulty placing under door close in to the hinge side
