I have bought it more than 20 years ago. The picture is crystal clear. I was looking for this type of mirror for a long time. I used another mirror manufactured by different manufacturer. The picture in it looks blurry. I am glad that after a long time I was able to find a mirror that I like.
Questions & Answers
The mirror has 2 clips, 2 on the bottom and 2 clips on the top that slide up and down. Just put the 2 clips on the top of your existing mirror and pull down and then the bottom 2 clips will hook on the bottom of the mirror. You can also do it vise verse. What ever seems to be more comfortable. Really simple. And the mirror really makes a difference.
I just bought another car - had a 2008CRV - now a Ridgeline truck. I do not see why the Wide -Angle won't work on most cars. You can slide the mirror off center to the left or right if need be before you tighten the two holding screws on the supplied bracket which holds the new mirror securely to your cars existing mirror.
No we do not.
The wide angle rearview mirror, is mounted overtop of the car mirror. As long as it fits over the mirror it will be secure.
