5+ Summer Driving Tips

Check your vehicle's cooling system: Overheating is one of the common issues during summer. Ensure that your vehicle's coolant is at the proper level. If you have not had the cooling system serviced for a while, consider doing so before the summer heat strikes.

1. Check tire pressure: Tire pressure can increase with the rise in temperature. Over-inflated tires can cause blowouts, especially in hot weather. Always check your tire pressure when the tires are cold.

What our customers are saying:

“Friend has one and it comes in really handy when her tires are low. No more stopping at the tire store or convenience stores for air.”

“I chose this product for my garage to keep my car tires properly inflated .”

2. Check your battery: Heat can impact the battery life, causing fluids in the battery to evaporate and potentially leading to a malfunction. It's a good idea to have your battery checked to ensure it's in good working condition.

What our customers are saying:

“Don't care to be caught with a dead battery out on the roadway far from home."

“I have cars sitting through the winter, and I need to check their batteries easily.”

3. Protect your car's interior from the sun: Use a sunshade in the windshield to protect your car's interior, including the steering wheel, dash, and seats, from the sun's damaging effects.

What our customers are saying:

“Vehicle so hot. Needed a quick way to help cool it down and save the dashboard from deteriorating”

“My wife bought one of these last spring before we went to Florida in July (I know!). It worked great for her car and I decided I'd get 2 more for my van and truck. They are a lot less bulky than the accordion shades and work better too!”
